The Lambert Toolkit was originally developed in order to improve collaboration between Universities and Business through a series of model research collaboration agreements prepared by a working group representing industry and academia.  Following a usage review commissioned in 2013, a new working group was engaged to review the recommendations of the review and develop a new suite of model collaboration agreements plus associated extensive guidance on their use and on associated legal matters including data protection and anti-bribery.
