Roger Scarlett-Smith was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of Stada UK in October 2018. Roger previously spent more than three decades at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare where he held a number of senior positions at the Consumer Healthcare business, including Head of Global Categories, President North America, President Europe, Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, and General Manager for the UK. Since leaving GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare in 2016, Roger has founded Ready for Something New, is Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group and Strategy Director at Brand Finance.

In 2013 he founded Branding Fe, a design agency active in corporate and brand marketing. Andrew is Vice Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group (PLG), and is responsible for international activities. He also chairs the Ethical Medicines Industry Group’s (EMIG’s) Business Development group, a networking group that has hosted 30 meetings in the past seven years.

She holds a Masters in International Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Masters in International Economics and Development from the Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
