The first quarterly PLG member meeting of 2024, hosted by Morgan Lewis, has been re-arranged to Tuesday 23 April. Bookings made for the postponed event will automatically be transferred to the new date.

Allison Soilihi, Partner, Morgan Lewis

Allison Soilihi is a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, joint ventures, and project development, especially in the life sciences, technology and energy sectors. Allison counsels on a variety of M&A and general corporate matters in France and the United Kingdom, as well as in emerging markets. Allison leads the firm’s EMEA Life Sciences working group and is an active member of the firm’s energy industry team.

Robert Hutton, Partner, Morgan Lewis

Robert Hutton advises domestic and international private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices on complex cross-border private equity investments, M&A transactions, strategic investments, and general commercial matters. Robert has more than 10 years’ experience counseling clients in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus in the infrastructure, luxury travel, and technology sectors.

Jessica Rogers, Associate, Morgan Lewis

Jessica Rogers advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has experience advising on employment matters including investigations, harassment and workplace culture, and labour relations. In addition, Jessica has experience advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions and data privacy matters. Jessica spent six months in-house on secondment gaining knowledge and experience in the retail sector.

Nicole Mikschofsky, Managing Director, EOS Deal Advisory

Nicole is a Chartered practicing Accountant with over 9 years of M&A experience within the corporate pharmaceutical sector. Her experience covers site and licence carve-outs, acquisitions, integrations, and business transformation.
