The PLG are delighted to announce our next event will be held face-to-face (subject to government guidance) on Wednesday 29 September 2021. Places to attend in person will be limited, however there will be an online option available to view the workshops for those unable to attend.
There is a great line up of 3 workshop presentations, attendees will hear first-hand experiences from two recent deal completions, featuring Alliance Pharmaceuticals (acqusition of Biogix Inc and consumer healthcare brand Amberen) and ReViral (antiviral licensing and co-development deal for China with LianBio). These two case studies will be followed by a technical update on SPC’s by our hosts Taylor Wessing, titled ‘The unloved exclusivity right: battered by Brexit, could UK SPCs, have a fresh start?’
Speakers from left to right: Dan Thomas, Cora Griffin, Paul England and Adrian Toutoungi.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that the weather allows us to take advantage of the 9th floor terrace for the evening networking reception.
Details on how to register will be available shortly, please contact admin@plg-uk.com if you would like to reserve a place or have any questions.
