This year our Christmas networking drinks reception will be hosted by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius UK LLP at their offices overlooking St. Paul’s. The 60 minute workshop will be looking at some of the most important compliance issues in the commonest Business Development agreements, including:

• Addressing key employment concerns in business/ asset sales and licences;
• Building in contract terms to address forthcoming developments in personal data privacy;
• Managing risks surrounding anti-corruption and bribery;
• Ensuring that agreements and pricing practices do not fall foul of anti-competition laws and restrictions imposed by free movement laws

The workshop will be followed by a networking drinks reception from 7pm, finishing at 9pm.
