Deal Structure Considerations and Learning

We are heading to Cambridge for our free Spring meeting, hosted by AstraZeneca and sponsored by KPMG. The event starts with presentations from 3pm and concludes with an evening networking reception. KMPG will focus on the following topics:

• Maximising shareholder value during deals
• Considerations when conducting an asset swap
• JV’s and the key points to think about when considering entering / exiting a partnership

To finish the presentations we will hear from Biotech company F-star on their interactions within the industry.
