Business Development Driving Strategic Change

Featuring two case studies of recent big pharma deals, we will hear from those involved in both of the deals. Catherine Pickering from Merck Serono will provide an insight into their Global Strategic Alliance with Pfizer, to be followed by details of the GSK / Novartis asset swap deal from Subesh Williams at GlaxoSmithKline.

The second half of the meeting will have an educational focus as we are given a demonstration of the new UKTI database developed by the UKTI Life Sciences Organisation and the Office for Life Sciences. To finish we will be given a brief overview on the key aspects of Health Economics and Economic Evaluation from Market Access specialists at Roboleo & Co.
